III. TARGET
Understand the main ideas of a fairly complicated text on a variety of topics, even contents belong to specialized fields. Be able to communicate fluently and naturally with Vietnamese people, write clear and detailed documents on many different topics and express the point of view about an issue; point out the advantages and disadvantages of different options.

Students can register for one of the Vietnamese language proficiency tests for foreigners:
